STEP
Cardio workout using the step platform. Your instructor will guide you through basic movements & some intermediate combos. Followed by abdominal exercises and stretch.

Cardio Combo
A Great Workout! Mixing up a variety of different styles. Step, low-impact, kickboxing etc. Finished off with abdominal and stretching.

FBS=Fat Burner Step
All out cardio workout!! Begin with a short warm up and stretch-50 min. of cardio--Ending with short cool-down and stretch.
Intermediate to Advanced
30 Min.
Power Pacing "Bike"
The instructor takes the participants through a heart pumping journey, riding seated and standing. Participants control the speed and resistance for an enjoyable class. Great Music, Intense/Fun cardio workout.

Abs
The instructor teaches you proper form, techniques, and variety of exercises to tone and tighten your midsection.

BAT=Buns, ABS, Thighs
This class targets your bottom line! Your instructor teaches proper form using different moves to tighten and tone those problem areas.

GROUP KICK
This electric class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level. This 60 minute class starts with a light warm up moving on to your cardio portion and topping off with core training and relaxing coodown/stretch.
